Edition of 6 October 2026

Authoritative version:

The Russian-language version at /refund-policy/ is the legally binding text. This English translation is provided for convenience only. In case of any conflict, the Russian version prevails.

1. B2B customers

For business-to-business customers, returns, refunds, and contract termination are governed by the parties' written agreement and, in the absence of specific terms, by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Art. 506, 523).

2. B2C customers (consumers)

For consumers (individuals purchasing for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to business activity), the procedure follows:

  • Consumer Protection Act (Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992), Art. 18–24 and Art. 26.1
  • Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 26.1, 493, 497
  • Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 7-P of 17.02.2026 (where applicable)
  • Russian Government Decree No. 924 of 31.12.2020 (where applicable)

3. Consumer right of withdrawal (distance selling)

A consumer who purchased a product at a distance (via the internet) may withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days from the moment of receipt, without giving reasons (Art. 26.1(4) of the Civil Code). For products that require installation or activation, the period begins after the consumer (or their representative) actually receives the product.

4. Quality claims (defects)

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period (or, if no warranty is provided, within the reasonable service life of the product), the consumer may at their choice:

  • Demand free repair
  • Demand a proportional price reduction
  • Request a replacement of equivalent quality
  • Return the product and receive a refund (in case of a material defect)

5. How to make a claim

To exercise any of these rights, write to more@efactory.ru with:

  1. Order or contract number and date
  2. Name, address, phone, email of the consumer
  3. Description of the issue, including date of discovery
  4. Photographs or other evidence (where relevant)
  5. The remedy requested

6. Refund timing

Where a refund is due, it is processed within 10 calendar days from the date the consumer's claim is received, in accordance with Art. 22 of the Consumer Protection Act. The refund is made to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer agrees otherwise.

The Operator does not retain any part of the refund as a "bank commission" or similar. Any fees charged by the consumer's bank or payment system are governed by that bank's terms and are not within the Operator's control.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's individual specifications, or to products that cannot be returned due to their nature and are at risk of spoilage or loss of consumer properties after delivery (Art. 26.1(7) of the Civil Code).

8. Disputes

Disputes with consumers are subject to the mandatory pre-trial claim procedure and the consumer's choice of court at the consumer's registered address or the place where the contract was performed (Art. 17 of the Consumer Protection Act).
